Do you accept insurance?

At this time, TheraVolve Wellness Co. is a participating provider with Medicare and Aetna. We are primarily private pay for all other services. We can provide you with a superbill, which is an itemized document of services you can submit to your insurance company to seek reimbursement.

 

Additionally, you have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the No Surprises Act, healthcare providers must give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. The good faith estimate shows the list of expected charges for items or services from your provider or facility. 

How do I pay for Speech Therapy?

Self pay is due at the time of service and we accept credit or debit cards. We ask that clients leave a credit card on file at the time of initial assessment; the card on file will be charged for sessions/group fees per our Fee & Attendance policies. 

What type of services are offered?

We offer speech, cognitive and swallowing therapy. Our areas of expertise include language, cognition, swallowing, speech for Parkinson's, social communication skills and voice therapy.

Where are services are offered?

We provide speech therapy in home for select conditions, in person at our Tampa clinic and virtually via teletherapy. 

Do you work with adults or children?

We provide speech therapy for both children and adults. Contact us for a free consultation to see if we are the right fit for you!

Do you only offer Speech Therapy?

No! We also offer SLP coaching calls and Dementia Caregiver Consultations.

Where are you licensed to provide services?

TheraVolve Wellness Co. is licensed to practice Speech-Language Pathology in the state of Florida.
