Do you accept insurance?
Yes, for select plans. TheraVolve Wellness Co. is a participating provider with Medicare, CMS, and Certified Tricare. We are also very proud to be direct providers for the Step Up For Students Unique Abilities Scholarship. For all other services, we are private pay. If you'd like to seek reimbursement from your insurance company, we're happy to provide a superbill, an itemized document of services you can submit on your own behalf.
You also have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of your costs. Under the No Surprises Act, healthcare providers must give patients who don't have insurance, or who aren't using insurance, an estimate of expected charges before services are provided. Just ask, and we'll make sure you know what to expect.
How do I pay for Speech Therapy?
For accepted plans, our team will verify your benefits and walk you through what to expect before your first session. For private-pay services, all fees and co-pays are due at the time of service. If you have questions about coverage or costs, just reach out; we're happy to help you navigate the process.
What type of services are offered?
From first words to boardroom presentations, we help people communicate with confidence at every stage of life. Our clinical services include speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing therapy across a wide range of specialties: language development and disorders, cognitive-communication rehabilitation, dysphagia management, SPEAK OUT!® for Parkinson's, social pragmatics, and voice therapy. We also support professionals through public speaking coaching and executive communication consulting.
Where are services are offered?
TheraVolve meets clients where they're most comfortable. We offer in-clinic appointments at our Tampa Bay location, in-home therapy for those who prefer or require care in their own space, school-based sessions to support students in their learning environment, and telehealth for convenient virtual access from anywhere. Care is available in both English and Spanish.
Do you work with adults or children?
Both! We're people-first therapists, and we understand that every person is unique. Our team includes clinicians who specialize in specific areas, so we can match you with the right therapist for your needs; at every age and stage.
Do you offer more than just Speech Therapy?
Yes! We're excited to share that TheraVolve is growing. In addition to our comprehensive speech-language pathology services, we'll soon be offering physical and occupational therapy. Stay tuned as we expand into a full multidisciplinary wellness team.
Where are you licensed to provide services?
TheraVolve Wellness Co. is licensed to provide Speech-Language Pathology services in Florida, Texas, and Massachusetts.
